Return and refund policy
1.Ready-made Products
1.1.The Buyer has the right to cancel a distance transaction in relation to a ready-made product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the document containing the terms of the transaction — whichever date occurs later.
1.2.Cancellation of the transaction shall be carried out by sending a notification to the Seller via email at:
ilana.eigen@gmail.com.
1.3.In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the Seller shall refund the amount paid by the Buyer.
The funds shall be credited in accordance with banking processing times, on average within approximately 14 calendar days.
The Seller has the right to deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or 100 Israeli shekels, whichever amount is lower.
The cost of returning the product to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer.
The refund shall be issued after the product is received by the Seller and provided that the product shows no defects or signs of use.
1.4.The cancellation fee shall not be charged if the cancellation is due to a defect in the product, non-compliance with the description, or violation of the transaction terms by the Seller.
2. Products Manufactured to Order
2.1.Products manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual order are considered goods made according to personalized requirements.
2.2.The Buyer has the right to cancel the transaction:
• within 3 (three) days from the moment the agreement is concluded;
• or before the actual production of the product has begun, if production has not yet started at that time.
2.3.After production of a product manufactured to order has begun, cancellation of the transaction shall not be permitted, except in cases expressly provided for by the applicable laws of the State of Israel.
3.What is considered a defect in jewelry
3.1.Artistic Surface Characteristics
Some jewelry pieces created by the Seller intentionally preserve natural casting marks, micro-pores, small cavities, or surface irregularities that arise during the metal casting process.
Artistic stone setting may appear uneven to achieve the special effect of ancient stone setting and may also include additional holes in the metal.
These features are part of the artistic concept of the jewelry and are intentionally preserved as elements of the design.
If such characteristics do not affect the structural integrity, durability, or safe wear of the product, they are not considered manufacturing defects.
3.2.A defect in jewelry is considered to be a malfunction of locks and fasteners.
